Recipe:
Puff pastry ~ 500 grams
Cut into squares and bake for 5 minutes in the oven 180’
Cream:
5 eggs
12 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 liter of milk
125-150 grams of butter
Place on the stove and wait until the cream thickens (10 minutes), then add the oil and leave for another 5 minutes - stir.
Let the cream cool.
We make dough and layer the resulting squares.
Assembling the cake:
A layer of dough, a layer of cream... There should be cream on top, which we sprinkle with crumbs on top.
Let it brew in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably a day)
