Absolutely incredible player. She has worked her whole life for it. You go girl

And then after the game when she is interviewed, she ALWAYS gives credit to her teammates without whom none of these plays would happen. Caitlin is the first to point that out. She is a tremendous play maker but also a tremendous teammate. Then after the interview she goes and is super cordial to all the little kids flocking to her. Even took her shoes off one time and gave them to a kid.

I grew up playing PG, and was our clutch shooter.... seeing Clark's performance brought me to tears. What a craft. I have never seen someone make shots easily SO far from the basket.

Both people playing in their own league. She has the highest women's score and she also beat his score. It's not to say she played against men. I don't understand your point.

The fact that there are no huge players guarding the rim, makes the women's game a little easier, in my opinion. The size difference between a Point Guard and a Center in the WNBA is only about 4-5 inches, whereas, in the NBA you often get Centers who are a foot taller than the point guards. So, you see Caitlin Clark being able to challenge the Centers and Power Forwards, at the rim, whereas, that would never happen in the men's game. They'd get destroyed

Great shooter and all around player! Something I noticed from watching these highlights though, is that the defense of those teams is insignificant. She can shoot and dribble as she wishes, without essentially no defense whatsoever. It’s like seeing an elite player playing against regular people (not even amateur players). It would be interesting to see what she can do against the pros and tougher defenders. Although, to her advantage, USA basketball (NBA or WNBA) is not particularly defensive anymore, as it used to be; for that reason, perhaps Caitlin Clark will totally crush it and become the greatest female player of all time. This poor defense era allows for the bloom of players like her. Same phenomenon has been occurring at the NBA during the last decade.
