Wow he's a former basketball player that's taller, heavier and stronger then her, what makes you think he can't bully her around the court? How about doing a game of horse outside the 3 point line and see if he can beat her.

DeJean is not used to bullying players around the court, because against males, he's on the smaller side. He can't just blow past Clark or dunk on her. Clark is 1 inch shorter. She's 145 lbs, but that doesn't matter because DeJean doesn't have post skills. DeJean can't guard Clark, her shot is too much. DeJean will have to guard Clark from so far out. Caitlin from there has better handles and has more skill. She's quicker and shiftier. DeJean is only a tad bit more athletic. Let's not forget Clark plays multi[ple sports. She is fast and finishes through contact. No matter what ball or 3 point line used, Caitlin is winning.

I like your response. Were you using some type of disguised humor. There's probably a name of it. I noticed you said, "Leave women's sports alone. Let's just celebrate this woman for what she is....a female Larry Bird." That was so funny, to mention to leave a woman alone and then call her a female Larry Bird. Now to get back to this video. Why would anyone spend a moment even contemplating anything like a matchup between Caitlin Clark and this guy. What's the point? Perhaps people who engage in this have too much time on their hands. They should drive down, even better, walk, to their local library or homeless shelter and volunteer a few hours a week. Now that would be a wonderful contribution to their community.

I went to college at Iowa. The athletes have their own dorm. One of the popular bars let's athletes in free so they all go there if they go out, but most don't often because of the commitment high level sports requires. You will often find classes where there are a ton of athletes taking it, from a variety of sports. What I'm trying to say is that the athletes are always around each other. I don't know for a fact, but if bet confidently that Cooper & CC are casual acquaintances at bare minimum. And considering her BF also played basketball there, I'm guessing they are both just having a laugh while they troll the media.

He was not being mean, he was stating the obvious. He had played basketball and was very skilled. He would dominate her physically. That does not take anything at all away from Caitlyn, unless he identifies as a woman and gets drafted into the WNBA.

The head coach of the Uconn Women's college team has college men that practice against his women players. And he even admits that they are better than his womens team. There are just miles different physicality between men and women.

Different sport, I know, but: every Winter Olympic training season Canada's Women's Hockey Team does a training season against the men's AAA midget league. So this is the grown, elite women of the sport taking on high school kids aged 15-18. In 2009 they were 9-5 against them. Simply put, there is no way elite women beat elite men in a peer to peer contest past middle school age, the dimorphism of our species simply doesn't enable it. There's no better way to illustrate this then to point this out: the major North American sports leagues have absolutely no rule against women playing. Any woman talented enough can play in the NBA, the NFL, the MLB, or the NHL. None in general have (some were put out in exhibition games but not in regular season play). So no, she would lose.

In the paint, Cooper's strength and weight advantage might come into play. From outside the arc, Clark would light him up like a Christmas tree.

This guy is going pro in the NFL. He would body her so hard she would wilt. he is way faster and stronger. taller and can jump higher. he would destroy here as would many high school stars. this is stupid. she is a great women’s player but athletic comparisons like this just belittle women’s sports and should be asked about other women. our olympic woman’s national soccer team lost to FC Dallas under 14 team. they lost to a MLS kids team. men’s sports and women’s sports are not close … if she is so skilled that people actually believe this .. then ask if she could be a cover corner in the NFL.

If Caitlin has to play straight up D, she will mos definitely lose. Defense is her kryptonite, and there's no help one on one lol!

You're wrong. He'd win. He's bigger, stronger, at least as fast, he has XY chromosomes, he has very good basketball skills. Her biggest advantage is likely her range. After he defeats her he'd still easily have the energy to wipe your unthinking butt of the court as well........

I would bet against her in a heartbeat. She plays a sport with a bunch women that is so boring to watch that I fall asleep because they are not smart enough to lower the hoop so they can make it a little exciting. If she tries to rush him she will get hurt, if he rushes and she doesn't get out of the way she will get hurt and that first bump will scare her enough that he will crush her.
