1 egg.
1 pack of dry yeast (10 g).
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 g).
1.5 teaspoons of salt (12 g).
4.5 cups of flour (540 gr).
cabbage (150 gr).
1 carrot.
1 red pepper.
1 green pepper.
1 onion.
parsley.
cheddar cheese (100 gr).

Buenas tardes...se ven bien , yo creo que preferiría hacerlos cocinado sin aceites aunque se ven deliciosos, a mi me gusta mucho hacer estás torticas y lo que me gusta más de esta receta es la variedad de colores....yo le haría una variedad cocinando o marchitando antes las cebollas...

You know, you could probably substitute almond or coconut flour. The oil can be good for you depending on what oil you use. Keto diets need more fats and oils.
