anybody doing this please disconnect your battery first! then with the battery disconnected connect the positive and ground cables together for a few minutes before doing anything with any airbag component. this guy should update the description and pin a comment saying so before somebody sets theirs off. Even static electricity from your fingers can set off the airbag so be careful anytime you work with components in your airbag system. Then before you hook your battery up after you are done whatever repair you are doing put the key in the ignition and turn it to the on position, that way if your airbag is going to go off from a faulty component or repair it will when you are out of the truck hooking up the battery, not when you are leaning across or sitting in the drivers seat to turn the key.

You not need a steering wheel puller. Push your seats as far back as possible, grab a hold of both sides like you're driving for your driver's test, and swing the weight of your body side to side while pulling. Boom, you can wiggle it loose

First and foremost; I second and third the comment about the battery disconnects! The very first thing you do when you go anyplace near an Air-Bag. I even pull the fuse first before I pull the cable off the battery(s). Yes, if your truck is like mine and has multiple batteries, you need to disconnect ALL OF THEM! You never know when one or more of them will have a cross connected circuit and feed 12Vdc back into the primary system. If your stereo system has an Amp, and battery of its own, and CAPS to hold the lows, and it was installed correctly, it will have a battery isolator between the stereos electrical system and the trucks electrical system. But if not, you will want to remove the link that ties the two systems together. All it takes is about 500 milliamps of current to fire that air bag. I knew a shop that a new fresh out of trade school mechanic (I use the term lightly) took an air bag out and had slid across the seat in the vehicle (Static electricity can be 20,000 volts and a few milliamps) and he popped the air bag loose grabbed the wire and it went off. He almost saw Jesus that day. 1/2" to the left and it would have taken his jugular out. 75 stitches in his face, and lost an eye. Air bags are nothing to mess with!

I was also waiting for the rap video to start in the lot where you took your truck. Never did show anything about if the horn even worked. Watched the video hoping to see a straight forward removal.
