this is a great video, but why the weird camera angles? It would of been better to have one straight at least, in addition to the others. There was a strange angle at the front - where it was pointing practically at their feet and up skirts! didn't understand.

"There is no thought or situation that you can't put up against inquiry. Every thought, every person, every apparent problem is here for the sake of your freedom. When you experience anything as separate or unacceptable, inquiry can bring you back to the peace you felt before you believed that thought. If you aren't completely comfortable in the world, do "The Work". That's what every uncomfortable feeling is for - that's what pain is for, what money is for, what everything in the world is for: YOUR SELF-REALIZATION. It's all a mirror image of your own thinking. Judge it, investigate it, turn it around, and set yourself free, if freedom is what you want. It's good that you experience anger, fear, or sadness. Sit down, identify the story, and do The Work. Until you can see everything in the world as a friend, your Work is not done." ~ ~ Byron Katie, "Loving What Is". Certified facilitators will work with you for FREE at the helpline, at "The Work" (.com). Thank you Katie.

This is one of the best hours one could spend to improve one's own life and all those with whom the interact. I wrote a song and video titled Grateful Heart by Miriam Richard ( available on youtube and itunes)to help my family members remember these lessons.

I love this one ❤️ such a beautiful young man, he most certainly has and continues to bring more love and peace into the world because he was brave enough to face his fears, and I benefit even more, every time I watch this video, it never fails to move me. I simply adore the love and tenderness between him and Katie as she gently and lovingly brings him home to reality/to loving what is🙏💕💞💕

Thoughts are things-very powerful, positive or negative things. Choose thoughts that empower and build on love. That's called creating.

It is not possible to choose thoughts. You have no power at all over your thoughts. Have you ever managed to think for 5 minutes the same single thought? You can only question them and then you cannot believe them anymore.

It is funny that I come to watch this video today. I have had a realization about the insanity of vengeance, punishment, and revenge. There is clearly not a victim or a victimizer...maybe something seemed to happen and healing was applied. Best headlines ever! ☺

So much for the mind..thats why so many jump like a frog. It is in understanding that only two things happen in mind. One is worry( future)..the other one is guilt (past) when we get it. Theres no thought that is true. The past didnt happen as we think and the future we just dont know it ..none of them exist. So we are free because anything is possible. Open your minds to the impossible the mystery in the unknown and everything will have a meaning outside of what we thought to be true. Wonders only wonders await to be discover..
