This touched me profoundly. I wept from a very deep place. I'm so thankful for the truth and reality THE WORK is revealing in all people and in myself. Thank you Byron Katie. And thank you to the beautifully courageous woman who shared with us her very deep, painful inward suffering and her healing process with us. The fruits gained from this WORK are both eternal and immeasurable.

I admire this women for doing the work with Bryon Katie, and sharing her raw feelings. She is curageous and so beautiful, this helped me look at myself..Thank you Thank you, you are lovely ~ the power of healing came from her talking about her fears and then looking at the realty of her thoughts...My thoughts were always and still can be the source of my suffering when i allow them to dictate who i am. When i do the Work like this beautiful women did, i am free..Very powerful ~ Thank you

I don't believe I have ever witnessed something so powerful as this woman standing in her truth and vulnerability. This is so amazing and it just broke my heart wide open with love and desire to see all of humanity achieve what happened for this woman. She was so brave to open herself like that especially in a room full of people she feared. Bravo!

Holey Moley, that was so powerful. I think I cried through the whole thing, and I'm not a crier usually. Maybe it was being a white mother with a black son who was beaten by the police. I wonder what beliefs I had, raised so far from racism?--I must have picked them up along the line. When she apologized to black people I felt she was finally home--that man in the audience was just fantastic. I think I was crying as much as he was. Welcome to the human race--to the one mind.

I've learned so much from Byron Katie, and I didn't even know she existed until this past week. Her courage is awesome. Already, just from watching these videos and doing the work on my own issues, I realized how I as projecting on others my own oppression of myself. I just couldn't see it before. I was keeping myself from living my truth, and blaming it on others. I totally buy that everything's a story and we see it through our beliefs--I knew it, I just didn't live it.

Once, years ago, I came to the thought that when someone in the world around me could look me in the eye and say to me "I am you, you are me" I would know that I was coming home, letting go of the path of suffering that I chose (but knew wasn't real--just a path to walk.for the understanding). I haven't yet had that experience, but I've watched Byron Katie say it to others, which is the point--she knows it. I have only otherwise encountered it from "channeled entities" such as Bashar.

She did enough, more than enough!!! I did it with her crying and forgiving and apologizing for the whole history that none of us really understood before now. I have never had a problem with another type of human being but have felt afraid of people of all types one time or another out of unknown fear of 'what if'? My biggest fear is of angry women... I've had friends who were not able to open up and be present for friendship and love and who attacked me or withheld kindness giving blame.

For all I know--in fact what I know--is that Bryon Katie exists only in the mind. I did not become conscious of her until this week. To put it in context, she could be holding real estate seminars and I could be projecting every word she says on the mirror. I know of only one mind, many mirrors. It all began when I decided to put my glasses aside, at the age of 63, and see without them. What a journey. Astigmatism and clarity--the two worlds I couldn't bring together, focus I couldn't find.

Letting go of your anger is a wonderful thing. You should be happy for this woman. She did not say that she accepts being treated wrong, nor did she say that stuff never happened. What she appologized for was for letting her internal ideas of the world around her affect everyone around her. She was an angry woman, and rightfully so for how she was brought up. I just couldn't imagine having my son treated that way. She however did let a lot go that was holding her back. She did a great thing.

I watched it one month ago and I watched it today. the first time I saw it, I barely couldnt take it where this lady talked about her sons penis, broke out in tears and katie cried (and for me it seemed like katie was suffering). this time I saw it, it was really different. I didnt saw katie suffering: loving this lady, moved because of the ladies relief "breaktrough". I am doing the work on my guilt being gay and being infected with hiv. I already see things differently. I am curious.
