When suger is cooked for long time ,it crystalized .corn syrup prevents it to crystallized

U have to use corn syrup otherwise the suger in ur mixtre will crystallize

Any other substitute for corn syrup or glucose syrup?

U may use honey instead but I am not completely sure because corn syrup is used to prevent suger from crystallization

@@neetathorat3972 You can use the commonly available _cream of tartar_ that is used also as raising agent for baking. It has the same function of preventing sugar recrystallization, 1 tsp should suffice.
