You can but use yoghurt instead of milk to compensate moistness. I'd also increase the sugar by 10g.

Could you show a full slice of this "miracle" please? you cut it, but did not show the interior...it doesn`t look spongy. This is the ordinary recipe, I always bake my grannie `s pound cake,except you did not add baking soda and lemon juice or baking powder. Without this chemical reaction cake cannot rise , and I have a suspicion that with your cake this is exactly what happened - it has a dense and moist interior.

Er zit echt wel bakpoeder in want ze heeft cakemeel gebruikt en daar zit dus al bakpoeder bij in. Maar dat verteld ze dus niet. Mensen misleiden is niet eerlijk!
