I made this yesterday in a larger oven tin so doubled the ingredients. It turned out so good!! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and delicious!!! I took it to my family gathering and they all loved it!! Making it again right now!! Thank you so much Apron for such a great yet simple recipe 🙏♥️ UPDATE.. In my second attempt I replaced the milk with buttermilk and added a pinch of salt. It turned out fluffier and tastier!

My best friend is very new to cooking & was really curious about making a cake. I went through all my cookbooks but wanted to find something very simple, small enough for a 6-in cake. This was absolutely perfect! We used coconut milk instead of regular, & glazed it with a nice shiny ganache along with a bit of crushed, toasted almonds & more coconut shreds. Thank you for this recipe, my friend was very pleased (and surprised).

I'm just bake this cake in my air fryer and its came out fluffy and delicious. I baked in airfryer 165°c 30 min. Thank you for sharing this recipe👍

Followed the recipe as instructed and it turned out really well, I just used coconut essence instead of vanilla essence, also for people who like sweet cake this is little on less sweet side.

I am glad I made double the amount on recipe. I decided to put it all in one loaf pan instead of two as it doesn’t look much. Cooking time increase by 15 mins on double amount. Smells fantastic, and I am looking forward to trying it out when it’s cooled down. Very easy recipe to follow, thank you. It was so good, I broke my cardinal rule, I had 2 slices instead of one!

I made two, one exactly as your recipe and in my opinion needed a bit more sugar and a bit more coconut and another with 150g of sugar and 50 g of coconut and was exquisite, thank you.

很香甜，我的模具是28x11x6cm，材料用了双倍份量，170度30分钟表面才刚有点裂开，发现裂口里面还是有湿浆，再170度加10分钟，还有湿浆，最后180度10分钟再熟透。谢谢Apon分享。

I tried this recipe, it was very tasty cake, the smell of coconut and texture brings it to another level, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 😋. I had loaf pan of size 20 cm long and I used the 1 1/2 quantity of recipe. And the baking time vary from the time mentioned if you are using increased amount of recipe. Thanks for sharing. This recipe will now be regular recipe in my kitchen.
