Butt and Core Challenge 6

So here's the last weeks challenge plan below :) I felt it was a shame to not go back to some of the other weeks again. They are already composed of over 20 different core and butt workouts that you guys have done... woohoo!!! So choose your favorites to do again after the quick warm up. You can do the same few you have chosen each day or switch them off, it's up to you!
Day 1 - Warm up, two different week's routines
Day 2 - break :P
Day 3 - Warm up, two different week's routines
Day 4 - break
Day 5 - Warm up, three different week's routines
Day 6 - break!
Day 7 - Warm up, three different week's routines
The warm up exercises are below :)
1) plank on elbows, step underneath you then step out (5 each side)
2) eat last exercise with a regular plank on hands
3) 10 V sit ups
4) 10 sit ups with legs straight out on floor
Well I hope this challenge has helped some of you or at least given you some good exercise ideas for the future :P It is important to change up your workouts! Good luck with the last week!!!

I like the fact that your videos don't have the sound, it's less distracting. And if feel like listening to something while following your exercises I play my own music:-)..thank you and keep up the good work:-)

First of all: You look amazing, dear Lisa Maree! You inspire me to work out more regularly + I am also very interested in starting ballet as an adult. I have one question: May you tell me how your training schedule looks like? (Like how often & how long do you work out & what do you do on the different days?) Thanks a lot in advance! :)
Thank you LLLLIIIISSSSAAAA! I did the entire challenge and was.. challenged! I see so many improvements. Keep the videos coming please :) I like that the videos don't have any sound. I turn on my own music when I do the workouts and it works great. But either way is good!

I do this every Thursday in teqnique classes also ballet classes for our core strength and everything after that I'm am completely wasted . My legs are in shock😥😰😷😪

Are you taking requests? if so can you do How To Improve Flexibility In Ballet with the smallest thera band you can do it with and hold it for 5 minutes?
