Butt and Core Challenge 3

Remember that if this challenge isn't a challenge for you because you're a crazy beast then by all means challenge yourself more by adding reps :) If it's too hard (it's really hard for me) so there no shame in that :P then ease off and skip out on a few reps of each exercise.
Here's your week three schedule plan thing... :P
day 1- week 2 once as warm up, week 3 routine 1x
day 2- week 2 once as warm up, week 3 routine 1x
day 3- uuuhh break!
day 4- week 2 once as warm up, week 3 routine 2x
day 5- week 2 once as warm up, week 3 routine 2x
day 6- week 2 once as warm up, week 3 routine 3x :O
day 7- break..good job!!
Week threez 3 exercises!
1-plank into downward dog then lift one leg up and around to the side and back. 20x (10 each side)
2-plank into downward down with one leg split. 20x (10 each side)
3-hands and knees leg to the side lifts 2 w/straight leg and 2 w/ bent knee 20x (10 each side... that will be 20 straight and 20 bend on each side!)

    Lisa plz help me!! Im sorry that i comment here but i really need an answer.. For a week now i have been doing 2+ hours of pointework per day while i usually dance in pointe for 1,5-2,5 h per week.. i feel pain on and around my left achilles tendon. Is it a sign of overuse or even tendonitis??What do you think i should do(i really want to practice pointework)?? Thanks again for ur help

    Ooh my bad hah I just posted much earlier today as I did last week but I always post on Tuesdays according to my own time zone... Eehh so it depends on time zone and you probably saw it an evening the day before or whatever hah and yeah confusing... Take your rest day. You can do the challenge according to whenever you started.
