Salute man, interesting till now I didn´t even know that movement is also called "three point" , only knew it by the term "ski abs". Anyways they´re pretty much the same and I combine those 3-points with navy seals, which makes it to an allround exercise, at least for me - muchas gracias por el video and stay safe, peace out

Really got work on that kind of explosiveness, quickness, little jump or what have you You posses and other I’ve seen do these. With me I kind of stop and do next movement. With many of you it is fluid. Any suggestions? Just keep on doing them and doing them?? Thanks

Yes sir keep doing no matter what. I suggest recording yourself, make any adjustments like hand placement, elbow movements, speed, keeping your core tight and straight, iso work for strength. Hope this helps
