Just found this channel. Watched it last night and did this workout this morning. I'm overweight and some of the moves...my body just didn't want to cooperate. I felt stupid trying to mimic the dance, but I thought to myself...I'm not going to give up. Billy Blanks says it best, "Don't let the workout control you, YOU control the workout." After frequent breaks, pauses and start overs...I finished. I'm sweating but celebrating this one small victory. I won't win them all, but every victory leads me closer to my goal. Let's go!

Jaisha26 I've got the same problem- im overweight and also have knee injuries from netball so the fast jerky movements are dangerous for me to do- but just know your limits and push yourself as close towards them as you can, then hopefully they will get easier and then you increase your limit each time. check out her dancehall workout too for some less intense workout fun on her channel superherofitnesstv :) all the best in your journey! x

I stopped halfway in the video. Then realized how much I had been sweating. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw how out of shape I was. So I pressed play amd finished it. I've never been so motivated before...

I love it!!! I love the fact that I'm dancing again. My seven and two year olds even try to do it with me and they encourage me when she says "one more" , my baby says " come on mommy one more!!"

All of her workouts are very intense, but I love them and I have never felt better.

Thanks Keira! I love your workouts. In 2 weeks I lost 15 pounds and went down 1 pant size. This is great and convenient for me because I'm a single mother and can't make that drive to the gym just after I make the kids dinner I do my workout and feel so much better it's such a great stress reliever and helps to lower my cholesterol.
The funniest thing is that when your watching it, you’re like “ohh this doesn’t seem hard at all.” Boy was I wrong 😂😂😂🙄

there are a lot of videos on youtube regarding workout, but Keaira's the ONLY one with great energy and with excellent motivation for working out. she's also super fun and doesn't want you to give up! Keaira you ROCK!
She got the best work out routines lol.. And so cool.. You don't wanna quit..
You are my favourite instructor! You actually stay with the beat and I don't hate my life during the workouts! I also love the length. I find 10-20 minute videos daily are a lot more realistic to do than 50 min videos !
Thank you so much, Keaira! I've tried many trainers but none of their workouts gave me such quick effects! I've been dealing with really fat tighs since I was a child, and only your workouts (Burn to the beat) helped me fighting them. Obviously I haven't eaten sweets, junk food, white bread and things that included lots of flour. I drink green tea and try to eat 5 meals a day.

I've been doing Burn to The Beat mixed videos: for example 5 minutes of warmup from the other trainers, then 3 or 4 vids from Keaira (Cardio Fitness Party, Brazilian Booty Burn, Dance ABS and the one with weighs) and then a cooldown so the whole workout lasted around 40-50 minutes. And I used to do it 4 times a week. Now, after a year I can confirm that her workouts gave me the best results, strong muscles, unfortunately I gained weight again so I want to come back to these videos + I take part in zumba classes at my local gym, which is also super fun :)

I have over 100 lbs to lose and to all you watching this I just want to say you can do it if I can. Try slowing the moves down. You may even need 1 minute instead of 30 seconds in between but we can do this!

Im only 16 but I've been trying a lot of things that would help me lose weight but I just wasnt motivated to do any of it. so I looked up some dancing exercises since i love to dance, and found this. for at least 2 months now. ive lost so much weight. this was really good. thank u so very much. I love this workout. Trust me. If I could do it, anyone can do it. I'm turning 60 this year but I've been working out for many years.
I'm so proud of myself I went throw that whole thing and didn't stop so many times when I wanted to give up but I didn't. Just kept reminding myself " Diamond that body isn't going to come to you if you stop and keep eating ".
This is the most fun I have ever had in a workout. I didn't expect to like it since I never felt comfortable dancing but this workout really did it for me. I feel kind of forced to do circuit workouts because you have to be focused on the counting and form, with this workout I feel I could just let loose lol.

I have been struggling to find fitness vids that were effective but still fun. I like things that are shorter, faster and more intense but mainly anything dance. These vids are the perfect combo. I was feeling sluggish and bloated after not exercising for.. a week? Maybe longer. I've just done four of these and this is my last one for tonight. I'm sweating but I feel great and rejuvenated. I've been playing Beyonce in the background of the vids, and when a move doesn't really work for me i just fill in the time with another one that did work or make up my own that matches the song. Did this workout for the 1st time this morning and I love it! It got my heart rate up, got me sweating up a storm, and my joints really do feel more limber. Even though I couldn't do the jumping moves, this is still a great workout for those of us with arthritis. My joints feel more limber already! Can't wait to see how I feel after a month of doing this video! (I'm doing 3 times/week to start.) The key is to just get moving.
