@@sophiedepuyt7678 Great to hear... Yes I am doing live classes 4 hours in the weekdays+ seminars in the weekend... Aswell as my dayjob, it keeps me busy... You know what?? We gve had the coldest winter in Norway since 1960 something... I like my country very much, but this winter was he"l!!!!!! The only rhing one can do outside is run to wherever you have to be and run home again... I only hope the summer will make up for the cildness we have had to endure. How is it in France??? In France this year, the winter is in all different ways: 1 week it's cold like on the morning it is - 2°C and a little over 0°C on the am; 1 week it's warmer but all the way rainy or windy. The next week is cold again. The sun is barrely here: we have too much grey sky. It's said Spring is about to come. Can't wait! Love and hugs😘💖

Long ago, I taught & performed dance, & if one of y’all happen to read this I have one tiny request: PLEASE, please, flip the video! I mean, “flip it” so that when you say “right”, it’s actually on the right of the viewer. After trying to follow along to the first videos years ago, I decided to just use my left/move to the left, whenever you say right, so I’m still mirroring you & not moving opposite (which can get really confusing). But that doesn’t take away from how much I love you guys & all the work you out in! Thank you so much for making these videos & making them so much fun & accessible to so many people- even people like myself, who can’t afford to pay for special subscriptions, gym memberships, or classes.🧡🧡🧡💛💛💛💛💙💙💙🩷🩷🩷
