This test area is located right above the football like the other one but it belongs to area code 22 instead of 31.
Some stuff found: A glitchy climbable tree with ladder steps, multiple buildings with different sizes (I didn't enter them all) and some towers with ladders.
In my opinion this one isn't as interesting as the previous one.

I wonder what they did during development to actually make good use of these, or if they really just dealt with the awful lighting.

Maybe it looks better on the ps 2 ? Idk, it's a test area it's there to test assets and what not

My guess is that the stuff either wasn't working properly, or that they didn't have enough time to implement it before the release. That, or maybe they felt like it would be too hard to add it? Either way, I wish all the content was there!

What do you mean? This place in the video is just an area for testing the game. Why would you want it in the full game?

Maybe they're too old for this shit. Knowing by it it requires to look in gamefile to delete these stuffs in game. Didn't had enough time 4 it.

in the jock save place there was supposed to be a usable wardrobe but it is not usually for some reason can you make a mod which fixes that ?

Source on that? The jocks hideout doesn't have any wardrobe because you can change your clothing in the gym's bathroom.
