IT seemed strange that half of the upstairs bedrooms seemed less renovated than the others and then there was that old bathroom. Then you went to the main floor and at first it all seemed new until you crossed into an alternate dimension and the old house reappeared, lol. So apparently it was an average sized house that someone came into money and more than doubled the size of with an addition. Its still so weird that they basically built a new house attached to the old house but doubled all the rooms (kitchens, bedrooms, etc). It started off cool, and then really started to give off weird vibes in the last 1/3 of the video.

If the adults don’t like that phrase then they have issues that they need to take care of with their kids, grandkids, etc. Vandalism is a big sign of disrespect, not only for the owners of the property but also of the person doing it, they have no respect for their self and that follows from bad parenting. What a crime that so many homes are demolished that shouldn’t be. Is there really a need for another industrial park? Or is it just a way for the rich to become richer. It will just become more blight on a once beautiful landscape. This house was nice. Still liveable. I think that room to the right of the main staircase was probably the largest room I’ve seen in a house. Only one fireplace in such a large house was different. The part that became a sunroom was very strange the way it divided a window. Why? I do not nor will I ever understand why anyone thinks it’s ok to vandalize something that doesn’t belong to them. Such disrespect. Respect is a value that should be taught and practiced at home. Ethan you are so right about this and you stand out as always being respectful of the property you come in contact with. Also odd that with 8 bedrooms why would there be a need to set up another one in an unfinished basement?! You always share great videos, great homes. Thanks Ethan. I work in an sector which deals with this stuff sometimes. It hurts, it takes somebodies time - and funds to correct, and upsets those who care having to see it and fix it. I really hope a lot of things in this home can be repurposed. I think that was a Hoolyhock in that huge garage as already commented. So many out there without proper shelter, let us at least see some of this put to good use.

Thank you for selecting better “words” during this video. I agree with you completely on the lack of respect. Truly enjoyed this video.
Ethan you are correct, it’s all in how you are raised……. If the adults don’t like that phrase then they have issues that they need to take care of with their kids, grandkids, etc. Vandalism is a big sign of disrespect, not only for the owners of the property but also of the person doing it, they have no respect for their self and that follows from bad parenting. Keep life happening, thanks for sharing.
Ethan, you are absolutely right, idiots are the type of jerks that cause senseless destruction & they were not raised right!!! 👍👍🙂
8 years old ..shocking...what a waste ...beautiful house tho stay safe Ethan 💋
Yeah, that "weed" in the garage is a flower, maybe a hollyhock? Thanks for another great video.

Yes, I am 100% sure it is a Hollyhock. They are one of my favourites and I have many in my yard. 😁
No home training for some, blatant disrespect for property, especially someone use to be residence 😢
I don't blame you. Vandalism is stupid and pointless!
I have never understood vandalism!
I'm getting more angry the more I see these beautiful homes being destroyed , why ?? Just let someone else buy it and bring it back to life 😢
The doors and cabinets and shower stalls and all that trim. Omg is enough for someone to save. The blinds. Hurts my heart for that to be destroyed. The light fixtures are lacking for such a huge home
A lot of familys are multi gerational in one house , it used to be more common but unfortunately isnt as common now . As for vandals they need catching and being made to work cleaning up repairing etc , might discourage the little devils .
Ethan, I have watched you for quite some time. Just block the asses that say stupid and mean things... life is way too short to put up with assholes.. I'm 65, and Can call them as I see them!! You do a great job, kiddo!!!
Ethan, regardless it's good to tell those parents like it is. They are the same people who were complaining about the 1970 TV series "Starsky and Hutch" for being too violent. Great video, thanks!
Incredible explore!! Thank you
I appreciate you going through the house and just picking things up and straightening the house up even though it’s not your mess. I swear people that vandalize things need help. 🤦♀️
This is beautiful. Another great video ❤
What a beautiful home! So hard to believe they would just rip it down!
What a beautiful home, such a shame it’s getting tore down and I agree the vandals SUCK!!
Oh my! It’s absolutely beautiful.
That is an amazing home. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Who ever did the damage to that house needs to be in Jail. people are disrespectful and needs to respect other peoples property.
An 8 bedroom house with an extra in the basement? wow, they must have been a big family.....Too bad all the money they spent will all be wiped out. All it needed was a ballroom & an indoor pool. cheers Ethan.
Such an odd home! A lot of it doesn't seem to make sense. # kitchens??? I love the way that you are so passionate about these homes. And I totally agree about the vandals! Absolutely no respect!
Love the look of the house ...it is shame no one will get chance live life inside after it be torn down.
The chairs on the walls are really ridiculous, it’s surprisingly not spray painted. What a beautiful house. Thanks for the nice video. ❤
Outstanding video Ethan 👍
You are so right Ethan some people today have no respect for others or anything ,It makes me wonder do they even have any self respect? So sad,Todays youth seem to Hate everything ,thei siblings, parents etc.I feel sorry for them in a way for not being raised to respect others property no matter what that may be.👍❤️🇺🇸
It really is a very cool house!!😎 I love the architectural style and the location looks great, I would totally to live in this one! The foyer is absolutely beautiful and the floor is stunning! 🤩 I loved the kitchen as well, the finishes nice. It was cool seeing the original kitchen and a lot of items. I think you're totally right about the house having an addition. It was kind of weird with the original doors being nailed to the wall. I guess it was like art or had sentimental meaning, but I think I would have tried to incorporate them somewhere where they would have been able to be used. Really cool explore! 😎✌️
I like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Doesn't have to be Elaborate like the Master Bath, just a nice convenience
That is a shame that it's going to be torn down and that people would vandalize the house. What would they think if someone vanderized there parents home like this?
Beautiful home sad it's being demolished same thing is happening in the US sad
Absolutely amazing, thank you ❤❤❤❤
How cool!! I could tell it was added to when you were upstairs… because of some of the features like the light switches & the old bathroom… It really is a shame that this happens to beautiful homes! I bet they were offered a pretty penny for it… sad! Thanks for sharing!
This is a tragedy. Sad such a gorgeous home will no longer be but soon enough the place will be filled with sadness of corporate greed no longer a home RIP
Nice 🏠 but kids had to ruin it
What a crime that so many homes are demolished that shouldn’t be. Take care be well and always stay safe! Also all of those blueprints were really cool!
I 💕 that home thanks for sharing
Master bath was disappointing. I really like when you and Big Bankz explore together....ya'll are my favorites.
Always respectful and entertaining!
It's a nice home but it's just complete with squares and rectangles that's all.
I agree with you Ethan, it's sad but true
Only 8 years old, awaiting demolition? stupid madness
This kind of reminds me of the 18 million dollar mansion you explored about 3yrs ago. What ever happened with that one.
24:52 I'm guessing it was probably one of those flat glass built-in fireplaces. Could have been electric. Just my guess. I enjoy your and Jeremy's videos.
You go Ethan, agree with you completely!!
I hate developers…pure greed!…what selfish greedy world we live in very sad!
Thank you fantastic video!
The picture in the basement with the ladies in the big dresses looks like it came from Cypress Gardens FL. It was an amusement park with the ladies in the dresses all around. It’s now gone and Legoland is in its spot now.
You would think the master bath in a home of this size would be a whole lot bigger. I’ve never seen such a large house with such a small master bath.
SUCH A WASTE OF EVERYTHING! Windows, doors, wood, etc just being tore down and sent to some dump. Back in the day, folks recycled almost everything.
Ethan, can you possibly obtain a photo of the original house ... the doors of which are nailed to the wall of the one room inside? I would love to see one!!
It's big but it's not beautiful, and you can vandalize this kind of house easily because it was built with really cheap materials. Only North Americans build 8,000 sq. ft. horrors with the cheapest materials available.
I can guarantee that having a kitchen in the basement means an Italian family lived there,
With all those bedrooms I don't know why anyone had to sleep in the basement!! Thanks for the explore!

With those many kitchens and bathrooms around, they may have been subletting some areas, I suspect.
That was whole cloves in the drawer/tray on the side table. It helps keep mice and other little critters away.
This was interesting. Big beautiful spacious. Loved the walk outs and the main staircase, well to be honest, I liked both staircases. I loved the unique stripes. Maybe 1 family but another relation shared this house. (keep them all together under one roof) very different! Thank you Ethan
wow that is a shame . thanks for sharing . ❤❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
What an awesome, awesome house!!! I ❤ it!
Your right kids have no respect for other people's belongings if they do that to a strangers home I can imagine what their home is like.
Ethan thanks for sharing another tour of a once loved home. Indeed stand firm about your morals regarding vandalism and the people who do it.
You are right about raising kids
It's a shame this beautiful mansion is going to be taken down
The oven had a 110 outlet built into it. Why can't stuff be as cool as it used to be
Thanks so much Ethan ❤
