Building The Ultimate Model - Realistic Scenery Vol.6

After watching this tutorial YOU will be able to make amazing and very realistic scenery starting from scratch. It can seem daunting at first but if you just take it one step at a time you’ll have your first master piece before you know it.
The techniques used in this video are easily applied to a whole range of scales and can be used whether you build model railways, war game terrain, doll houses, model architecture and just about any other type of model making you can think of!
I spend a lot of time making these videos and having the ads on KZread help support the creation of these tutorials, but if you’d like to make a more direct impact with supporting these videos you can check out my ‘Patreon’ page. Patreon is a place where fans of my videos and tutorials can directly support me with a small donation and in return I give you early access to my future videos.

First I would like to say it looks absolutely incredible and you did a great job. I live out in the country so I noticed one thing I think you could add, where the dirt road meets the bitumen you could add some dirt tire tracks running part way down the road, from the dirt left on the tires as the cars drive away It might help make the two roads blend together more seamlessly. But again it looks amazing.

I am in the process of building my own layout and as I get closer to the phase where I'll be adding scenery it was one of the many parts that frankly terrified me. Watching your videos and seeing the process that you follow has really given me much comfort. They are much appreciated and I am happy to make a donation to keep these wonderful tutorials alive and kicking. Thank you!

Thanks David :) I'm glad you find comfort in watching the videos, I've found a lot of others are worried about how to do the scenery and to be honest when I was building my N scale layout scenery was the thing holding me back the most. After much trial and error I eventually figured it out, I actually learnt a lot from KZread as well. I hope you continue to enjoy the videos :) Cheers Luke
