I like how an old West town resembles a Necromunda settlement. Similarities: built from scratch, crowded, everyone carries what the own and a gun, same industries: trading posts, slop houses, bank, saloon, brothels, drug dens. Differences: no wall around the town, shanties buildings above the shops.

@@tethys17 Yep, Legends of the Old West, which is based on the original version of their Lord of the Rings game except even more customizable. There's 4 books in total, though I only have three of them that I managed to get, the last one was barely out when GW terminated their historical games division and then their original Specialist Games stuff and unlike the Specialist Games stuff, they didn't put it up for free on their site like they did with most of the rest for years.

I love the way you put together your videos and the narration, it shows that you clearly have a love of lore and the art of storytelling, that you pay attention to details and that most of what you build is from scratch or using repurposed stuff. The flaws system reminds me a little of Necromunda but really makes me think of Shadowrun. I gave my character a chip habit for some extra stay points but the trade off was I'd have to indulge sometimes in the middle of a mission or risk a negative effect from withdrawal.

I feel like you made a real good choice with implementing the 3D printing in your builds and still kept your signature of handcraftet terrain. Good to see that there is not always the fight going on about staying true to the "right ways of hobbying and crafting" and just using the best of both worlds to create even better stuff!

It used the original Lord of The Rings rules as a foundation so you could play with both historical shootists in historical/ahistorical match-ups as well as the standard /yourguy/ gang of outlaws, lawmen, cavalry, natives, etc, like Necromunda or Mordheim but with more yeehaws and beans. The pdf's are up floating around, and it has an archive list on BattleScribe for list building too.
