Some of you may have watched the long version of this video before. I ruined some good content with a terrible edit and had it removed from the channel. I worked on it over the weekend and made it into a watchable and useful video. Additionally, KZread views have dropped to ridiculous levels since the new year. I'm thinking of revamping the channel's momentum by overhauling poorly edited videos like this before committing to new content. Please don't forget to like and comment so that the video reaches more people! Thanks for watching!

I'm amazed to hear viewership is down. Your channel is among my personal top 2 or 3 modeling channels on all of KZread.

Maybe views are down because I would say the majority of your viewers, like me are predominately aircraft modellers. When I found your channel I loved the way you presented them, showing the colours used etc. I appreciate that these probably took ages to make but I learned loads from you. Personally I am not so interested in cars and don't always watch those videos. I did actually save the original 162 videos in my watch later and found that although not listed anymore, I could still watch them and used them when I built my 162. I also did the same with a video of your visit to a model show which I really enjoyed too. Best wishes, Mark

Sorry to hear your viewership is down, but I too have learned a lot of higher end technique’s that other modelers knew but were never shared with. Your tutorials are amazing and since retiring from full-sized aircraft, my plastic aircraft hobby has flourished watching your videos, continue the awesome work!

Viewership is way down for many creators, not just modelers either. KZread seems to be actively sabotaging many very popular channels. It makes no sense but here we are. I thought I recognized this build. Do whatever you think will help.

@@markfergerson2145 Do you think that the amount of ads that KZread is pumping out now part of the problem? I was watching a vid the other day and there were ads every 5 minutes or so.

It’s a simple aircraft kit but looks complicated once assembled. “Punches above its class.” Well done!

Lovely little kit, and you have done a very nice job on it, bringing out it's qualities without the use of expensive extras and hours of scratch building. Though I can appreciate those thigs, this is my favorite kind of build, as it makes the hobby more accessible, in my opinion anyway. Cheers!

A few years ago when I was getting back to the hobby after many years of focusing on other things in life, I used this video to catch up with all the developments in the hobby that happened in the meantime. Never had a chance to thank you for it, because it was then taken down and was no longer available. So I want to do it now, when it reemerged. I have built quite a few kits since, but I'm still building my modelling skills on top of the foundations I learned from this tutorial. Thank you.

I only recently found your channel and I think it's one of the best I've found! You're method of showing the paint, thinner used, paint to thinner ratio, airbrush needle size and air pressure extremely helpful. Your method of showing how you weather and materials used is also extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend your channel to everybody I know. Doesn't matter if they were beginners or experienced builders. Please keep your videos coming!

Simple and sweet little kit, that brought me into the plane building after i only builded cars. Still cars are my Nr 1, But kits like this have made me open up my horizon a bit. You can build this with very few tools, paints and in my case Talent of weathering. Wish i could build planes like Mr Scale a Ton like the F-15 he did. But who knows maybe in the future.

This kit was the first I ever attempted to put aftermarket resin upgrade parts into. Some bits I didn't end up using because they wouldn't all fit in there at once. Still haven't fully finished it off, hah. Probably been about 6 years since it was 'nearly' completed.

I like it! The same way how you've painted the wings, I started to paint my kits around 3 years ago. With this, I save a lot of time with skipping different x-shadings and I save paint too. Moreover paint layer is thinner which is especially useful for 72nd scale.
