I’ve been using Blender on and off for about 18 months now…..but because it hasn’t been a regular thing, tutorials like this make for great refresher courses and the fact I haven’t done any animation, this is much appreciated.

this is alot harder than need be. could have just loopcut the centers, beveled the vertexs, and extrude in. cleaner geomerty too i do like how you walk things threw and explain each tool. id like to see a bake tutorial on project from view UVs. good work explaining the animation keyframes, your the first person to explain it to where it makes sense for me! clear and informational liked and subscribed

Great little tutorial. How do I stop the light from showing up as a bright square in the render on the back plane though?

Great point! One of my first tutorials. Yes Spacebar default is playtime line. That is one of my changes. Thanks for your note!

Hey ive tried everything but for some reason, the light wont reflect off the wall towards the end and I dont know what to do. like the light wont show up at all no matter how much i up the watage and yes, the light is pointed the right way. any fixes?

Hey Armaan! That is a funky problem. I would say try just that in a fresh scene to see if you can get it to work. Just a plane and a light. Let me know how that goes. If your still having issues we can jump on a quick call together and I can take a look with you.
