Building A Living Robot Arm (To Feel Like Tony Stark)
Ғылым және технология
After being in quarantine for a year, I decided to make a robot companion because, let's be honest, who WOULDN'T want a pet that you don't have to feed?

Can He Talk???/
You’ve got to teach him Go!
I loved how real the video was! Great job! Subscribed!
this is impressive. great work!
This is so awesome
This is awesome!
Awesome robot. Also, I love to build robots too. Michaela, I have a question, Can you give me your QU.ENT.IN the robot's circuit diagram and the codes I will build exactly the same boot you have made? Please reply to me.
Absolutely inspiring video! & Programming the right vibe into the robot is genius. You should teach it to play catch! Or even make it grab random objects and drop them in front of you.😂 Also liked how you narrorated your design process. It would cool if you went in more detail. Good job keep up the good work!!💯
tanks for the inspiration!!!
Very nice build. Glad it kept you (more or less) sane during that period. Having a cat, I understand the desirability of a robot pet. Good video, too. Thanks for sharing.
Very cool project! Would love to see a step by step "How To" for this project and the code. I would totally like to build this!
Awesome project! One thing I wish you covered is more detail of what went wrong in the earlier tests. The process of mistakes and leaning is as good as the result! For instance, one of the intermediate recognition clips almost looked like the horizontal movement was simply reversed. Can't wait to see what you build next!

Thanks! It's a hard line to walk, cause if I put in everything that went wrong I'd be talking for hours hahaha! I have some big ambitions, thanks for the kind words!
Awesome, one step closer to become a real life iron man 🔥
great work
This is actually so cool! I've been wanting to make something like this, but I'm not exactly a grade A coder. A step by step tutorial on how you made this would be awesome

This is sick! You're so close to 1000 subs...
Nice, one of my next projects will be one of this...Great Job!

Thank you! Let me know how it goes!!
this is sooooo cool!!!!!!!
Introduction was nice😂
I love him, he's so cute!!
Es increíble,saludos desde argentina
Congratulations 🎊 for new born baby 👶
Super Amazing Cool asome
Amazing.............
If you have a microphone so he can hear, couldn't you use some voice recognition algorithm's to detect when it should be passive or not, if you ask a command it follows it until complete then, it would go back into tracking mode. Make it like dummy in iron man so it can follow you around the house
haha nice one!
😲 wow .....Awesome.You are Just an icon of intelligent ........🤓
This is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much! Are your source codes open source? I would love to study and implement them and further add more code for bot improvements (yes, I will be sure to provide credit :) )
Very impressive! Is there a way that it can speak? Is there a way you can make it recognize specific items by shape and name identification? Is it possible to have it understand incriminate for different clamping pressures?
Sweet
at 8:20 you could just use loop to move it a certain speed until the block gets to center
Wow you are Female Tony Stark!!! 😁😁😁👍
Loved your video, dream girl
I love ALL of your content and I found you on tictok so I had to find you on KZread as well!! Is there anyway you can show us non-coding engineers how you made the code for this?!?
awesome video, will you make a step by step tutorial for this thanks
I just want something to make me ice tea
I have a bad feeling about her future now
How to make a robot arm as like yours could you do a video on it includong your source code please.
Can you share the codes? My dad got me the same arm. And can you make more videos on how to program? I use blockly. I’m wanna learn cc+ and Python but it’s hard. Thank you for this video from South Florida. 🏖
I'd like to see you add wheels to the bottom of the arm so it could move around on the floor or make legs so it can walk. Why not design your own arm !
6:22 WE'RE LOSING HIM!!
one day you can play go with a robot

Hey i want to make it I'm very excited for this project but i need help ?
Is the arduino pre installed into the machine or was it installed 3rd party , also do you happen to know the difference between the model you have and the next level up , I just picked it up and I’m assuming it La just the all metal chassis and suction cup addition , but would love it you could confirm . Thanks .

Hey! The arduino was not included, anything beyond the base arm and app was hacked in separately. Hmm I'm not too sure if there's a different in models, but if you find out lemme know!

@@izzitMichaela got the robot in , it appears the only difference to be the all blue model is all metal and not sure if the other model has the suction cup .

@@guidancebeats hmmm mine def does not have a suction cup haha
Can you make a step by step tutorial?
Whats the code ?
hey.. i am tryjng to make a robot similar to this but am really a bad coder.. could you share your code?
well you could have used a better object detection algorithm. It seem very sluggish. let me try.
I want one for me
Can you please give me design
How hard was it to integrate with arduino? Did the kit have arduino already? It’s probably big enough to play Go on a 9x9. How awesome would it be to teach it Go! You could program it to sulk when it lost 😂 it could swipe the stones off the board and turn its back in a strop until you tickle its chin enough to play again 😂😂😂

You could start by teaching it to set up a board to begin with maybe? Big ask though. Probably need indefinite lockdown to have the time to do it! 😊🤓x

Hey! Lol so the kit didn't have arduino, but there was a library online you could download with basic movement commands. Omg teaching it Go would be AWESOME! Super complex tho, id have to ensure it picks up a stone each time, and then program in all the coordinate positions haha. Theoretically possible, but it would be a LOT hahaha

@@izzitMichaela agreed - it’d probably be a full time job for a full team for months! Would be hilarious though. I’ve go to say that your video series on beginners Go are the best on KZread by miles. Love ‘em. A KZread channel that covers Go and robots- what else does anyone need. All the best to you and thanks 😊
