Uhh that is a great idea. I wanted to do this anyways but I haven't realized it is already almost half a year since I built the plantwall 🙈. I guess the video will most likely happen in December/January. :)

Thank you Michelle 💚, I did want to test it first before recommending anything 😊. But I am truly over the moon that I got the opportunity to work with mother. I just wrote an innitiative email and they were actually down to give it a go, even though I am still such a small creator. Blew my mind 😅 but I am very greatful for that.

Sometimes really all you need to do is ask 😊. About the plant wall, what can I say, I'm in love! It was so simple to make, yet it added so much to the look of our apartment.

Yay! Thank you! 💚 I am so glad I followed up on this idea, because it really adds a special touch to our apartment and it turned out amazing 😊. I can also imagine the plank wall just as a dekor element in any home. Looks great even without any plants in front.

what a transformation and use of the space, i loved this project, u executed very well...it was informative and so entertaining like always but what i liked the most was the time-lapse of the 22 days after u installed everything.. Hence, proved that you are not only entertainer but also a scientist ;) keep it up Kristina :D

I agree, the wall is great even just as a decorative element in the flat. And YES it has taken forever, but I'm very proud of the outcome 🥰. It was such a fun project which made editing very enjoyable as well 😁.

Oh thank you Anil! That's so sweet of you 🙏, I got the planter off the internet but it's manufactured by a polish Company and distributed to lot's of different sellers, because I found the same planter sold by various different shops. e.g. www.amazon.de/Alfalux-KAN4030-Wooden-Balcony-Terrace/dp/B0846LTNC4?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1

Awww thank you so much, that's so sweet. You made my day 💚. I can tell you that by now I needed to lower the light a little bit, because the small plants further down were not getting enough light. They do grow but you can tell the leaves are getting a little smaller. Other than that they still seem to do well :) See u in the next video 🖐.

Ahhh vielen lieben Dank, schön das du schreibst. 💚 Muss sagen die Wand gefällt mir auch immernoch so gut wie am ersten Tag. Das ganze Projekt hat auch wirklich Spaß gemacht 😁

From 60cm it says 16 umol/sec. Thats around 0.69 DLI if its kept on for 12 hours. Deliciosa needs around 4 Dli per day at least I think but please correct me if im wrong. It is a beautiful light but you have to put super close to your plant in order to be effective.

Thanks for the words of advice. You might be right, the light alone probably isn't enough to sustain those plants. At least not from that hight. I am currently observing the plants, to see if they keep growing fine. If need be I can still adjust the light and hang it lower. Fortunately there is some daylight coming in. I'm hoping it adds up to be enough in the end. I am a little bit worried about the small plants on the bottom of the planter since those are farthest away from the light source. For now they all look fine but if I notice anything I can still adjust. Oh and I also bumped up the lighting hours to 16h. Just working off the infos that mother provides, the Monstera needs minimum 2mol/m^2/day (recommended is 4mol/m^2/day) and the hight of light is provided with 100cm +12-16h. The stupid light meter I bought years ago can only measure lux and fc so it's not really of much use. I'll definetly share updates if this wall turns out to be faulted.

Hi Kristina, really like the wall. lets hope the plants grow well, but that shouldn't be a problem with the growlight. Question: did you make the wooden planter yourself or is it store bought and if bought, were?

Hi 😊 First off, thank you 💚. I did not build the planter myself, it came prebuilt like that. Delivered directly to my door. I just searched for wooden planters in the size that I needed. This one came up over and over again. From many different distributors but always the same manufacturer. Not sure if it is available where you live but it is this one: amzn.to/3NnkyOL I have seen very similar ones in my local hardwear stores and garden centers too.
