    Is nbfc safe against home loans from banks. Nbfc only support finance for builder floor . How would nbfc decide the loan amount based on current market value and circle rate

    Sir what is the effect of landshare on the value of a builder floor. Suppose there is a building with same area and same no. of floors ( for ex 4).. however in 1 building say basement has 10% land share and in other 25%.. what would be the effect on price of first floor, in case 2 would the price be lower.
