In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds as we pair up two exercises in bootcamp style! Bootcamp style here for our workout means that we will alternate between two exercises until we complete 4 rounds of each of the exercises. After we finish our fourth round, we will take a thirty second rest before starting the next circuit of two exercises. Grab your bench if you have one so you can use it for single arm rows, chest flyes, and skull crushers. I used my 15-40lb dumbbells for my exercises today. The lightest weight exercise today was a curl and the heaviest was a goblet squat!

I love how all Sydney's workouts include warm up and cool down plus positive motivation speech at the end. I have tried many different channels but Sydney has always been one of my favorites.
Good format. Psychologically easier to push through harder knowing it’s only 20 seconds. Physically, still a sweaty workout!

This workout was actually borderline unsafe. Wasn't a fan of this type of quick movements. Her workouts lately have changed for the worse it seems .

@@vatd112 I used to regularly do Sydney's workouts which I enjoyed, but stopped quite a few months ago. Just don't care for the direction that she went. It's mostly 30 minute workouts with heavy weights (which I don't have at home). Not interested in becoming a bodybuilder. I prefer 50-60 minute workouts. Non-stop cardio/high with low impact options is very important to get the heart rate up on a consistent basis. Strength training is also important, but no one wants to feel like a failure if they can't lift 20-35+ pounds.
Loved this workout! It flew by and if burned!! Feels so good being back with Sydney and you all after being gone last week! Can’t believe October is almost done!

Burner round was a challenge at the end. I liked the switch from shoulder reps to the legs. The workout flew by.
There are times when it’s so hard to be positive about my body my life my choices. Then I workout with Sydney and my positivity seems to return. Her faith in me makes me think my disappointment and look forward to the new day new choices and the new chapter that only I can write ❤
