When tracking calories the most effective way is to track from raw ingredients. Example of that is chappatis we need to see the I gtedirnts and it's quantity. Lots of us miscalculate the calorie because we only take the final product from my fitness pal without knowing how that food is included into the app . I started using this approach of tracking from raw which helped to track exactly what I eat

I would like to share something here please give proper elaboration of each and every aspect of fitness not to focus on shorts if you do shorts don't share exercise and diet there only put awareness like fitness misleading but sharing of 100 info will be shared in an long video is a possible one but that's not available in shorts at the end quantity always good over quality please make long videos and we expect various aspect of fitness❤️❤️
