For many vegetarians, Soya Chunks is the biggest source of protein but a misinformed fear of decrease in testosterone levels due to soya chunks consumption always exists. Soya chunks are a disaster to health and idc what anyone says. It is loaded with phytoestrogens that boost your estrogen and lower T. They are also sprayed heavy pesticides and weedicides in order to cultivate them. So avoid them at all costs despite what these KZreadrs say.
