it was the summer of 1993, the last day of junior-high, on the bus on our way home. i went to talk to her for the first time for real. up till then we were just classmates. my heart was in such a rush, i thought it would explode inside my chest. "hey, what's up? you know, you're really cute, i don't know why i waited for so long... would you like to go out with me sometime?..." she smiled the cutest smile, and said "i don't know... let me think about it". we didn't go out. today we're both 36, she's married i think, and i am hopefully about to get married with the cutest girl in the world... but still, when i look back now, those were the best days of my life :-)
