Never happen . They won’t play real Country Music today. Too many kids on the list with too much money to buy radio plays. Remember,Murder on Music Row.? That’s where it started. It’s a true song.

I am almost 75, and when Brooks & Dunn came on the music scene it was obvious to country fans that this duo was set to become the greatest duo of all time, period. I can sit at home alone and listen to Ronnie Dunn, all night. A great gift to country😔

Agreed and Montgomery Gentry is a close runner up for 2nd. Then when Dan and Shay comes on the radio I IMMEDIATELY change the station. At that point I'll need Led Zep, The Who or Boston to revive me!

I was so lucky to get to know him, what a great voice! This is my favorite song.

Ronnie Dunns voice is in a class by itself.

To hear this song brings painful memories to me my Love Rebecca could dance to it so effortlessly and so tried to teach me, but I just didn't have the grace she had. Damn cancer doesn't care who it takes or whose heart it breaks. I Love you Rebecca and hearing this song makes it hurt all the more. I will always Love You!!

I discovered this song last night 🥺 The reason I hadn't heard it until now is wasn't ready to have my soul stirred by the beauty of this song. Well I'm ready now...and what beautiful place the world can be when sentiments and feelings like those in Neon Moon are expressed so earnestly and soulfully.

I lost my husband of 52 yrs last June. the loved this song he used to him it to me. I had it played at his funeral service ! ☹😟

I lost my wife of 37 years 6 years ago. This song exemplifies our relationship for many years post children growing up and left us empty nesters. 4:41 I cry every time I hear I hear this song. We used to go to a local pub and sit at a table under a Blue Moon neon sign when we were there. We would go in the afternoon and it was our time together. Thank you Brooks and Dunn for this song. I still go there several times a week and look at that Neon Sign above the table and hope one day to be with her again.

I could not agree more. Music is history. While there were many greats before Hank and Patsy, I'd start with those two if you had to introduce a complete stranger to country music because the songs were so universal then and now, just like Buddy Holley and Eddie Cochran and a handful of others were to R&R. "Crazy" by Patsy Cline (Willie wrote it) I dare you to find a better record. Floyd Cramer on piano, Grady Martin on guitar, The Jordanaires on backup vocals, that's what perfection sounds like. My standards are high.
