I just love how Brock was genuinely afraid of a Guild Blackout team in the second season, but by this point they're just another notch on his belt.

To be fair, at that time he was more afraid of what the blackout team would do to his family. This time seems to be him getting to go all out. Also, like he said, back then he had been killing henchmen like every day, this time its been quiet and kind of boring.

He has been bored 🥱 officially rusty now a level 10. Brock hasn’t seen much action. Due to the monarch killing the other level 10 who had arching rights to rusty venture. He is definitely dis appointed because he was expecting a lot more. He gets the occasional threat. Does he live for it. Red death 💀 being a treat. Brock Samsung asked to to take a tank shot point blank. Just to prove that he could…. He did.

I think he more recognizes he’s the target so he’s like “hey I’m not locked in here with you you’re locked in here with me. AND IM GOING TO HAVE FUN” Previously doc and the venture bros were the target so he was more afraid for them

he wasn't afraid in the slightest. He was naked, covered in blood, and holding the severed head of one of the agents. He just knew that it was serious and much more dangerous for Doc and the boys than their regular villains attacking them.

This is why death by Samson is listed as it’s separate thing by the guild

@@sentineluk7 That's the point, really. He's only ever polite if he's goading someone into attacking him to unleash the violence. Creativity is usually used by him to allow for minimal time inbetween bouts of incoherent carnage whilst killing everyone in the viscinity. And he's only efficient if it means he has to balance some type of kills-to-opponents ratio.

21 was part of the Monarch's ceremony. 21 has also never beaten Brock. I think they've only had one fight, and Brock could have killed him at the end, but he was so impressed with how far he'd come, he let him live.

@@Commanderziff they were also kinda buddies if you think about it, he could have and should have killed him when he picked up Sphinx or however u spell it, but he didn't. Then again he seems like buddies with all of em considering next season he basically lives at the compound, hell he even let him keep his crossbow Chewbacca style. It was cool to see 21 kinda get him tho, got a good punch in and even knocked Samson down which is something hardly anyone has done with their physique alone.

I'm glad that the series made Brock more than just an over the top killing machine as the show went on, but it was fun to see him get back into his slayer of henchmen mode again in this episode after a while

When you are just so damn bad ass you can take time out to announce it to your coming victims, and even thank them for their service.

@Jordan Loux Surprising. With Brock's reputation, I'd have thought there would've been more.

I like to imagine Bruce Wayne hiring Brock Samson as his in-public bodyguard, and at some point, the Joker attacks Wayne Industries or the Wayne Manor or something, and this is what Brock says to them. Because the Joker never goes into anything with any kind of belief that he'll actually die since Batman doesn't kill. But the Swedish Murder Machine absolutely does. The Joker is exactly the type of overly confident, dramatic idiot villain whom Brock loves to kill.

If any of them were smart, they shot out a window and jumped out before the blast shields came all the way down.

The best part of this comes right after where the video cuts off, where Brock checks under the desk and says "Oh come on, Hatred; you really don't keep a gun back here? What's wrong with you?"

I am trying to reconcile this with his disavowal of guns when he renewed his licence to kill. The main thing I come up with is we don't know what he was actually going to do with it. Something much worse than just shooting Guild agents, I trust.

@@paulc1665 i personally imagine he was going to unload it and then alternate between beating them to death with the empty pistol and shoving the magazine and its bullets to someplace you dont want a magazine and bullets to be shoved which would be anywhere, but samson probably knows where to make it the least comfortable.

Holy Smokes this clip is back, went missing for a while right when I was feeling nostalgic for it.

I really hope that somewhere down the line some other company gives this either a season eight or a freaking movie because the way they ended season 7. To most of us fans was like the biggest middle finger in the universe. Brok being disappointed that Hatred didn’t have a gun under the desk… A gun… The most unmanly weapon to Brok, as even when he had one he never keeps it loaded because it makes it too easy and non-personal.
