setting sun installed a new motor and belt to my 220. Ran fine for a moment and then the machine seemed to bind causing the motor to run hot. My mother's old machine would like to get it running.

Hi TR Kelley my late wife have the same sewing machine. I've been trying to find a v-belt that fits. All I have come across are those universal stretch belts. Do you know where I can get the V-belt for the Brother model 220 sewing machine.

@@KrystalWiddaKay I didn't find a V-belt. I went ahead and tried a stretch rubber belt on E-bay and it's working fine.
