What a load of BS, you might as well double the number of weapons you are sending to Israel, you want to send aid whilst at the same time you are sending weapons to Israel so that they can kill more civilians, UK and the US are the ones that are murdering the civilians by supplying weapons.

Yes they are doing something : blocking the aid from entering, sending Israelis civilians to protest and block the roads too preventing the aid trucks from entering Gaza, killing Palestinians who try to get the food aid sent by other countries, accusing UNWRA of being implicated in October 7th without any proof which led to them being defunded by several countries…

On being asked in October whether Israel should be withholding electricity, food and water from the Palestinians, leader of the opposition in the United Kingdom replied "Israel does have that right". Remember that.

According to the UN, Israel is breaching international humanitarian law. Therefore the UK cannot legally support Israel as this would be assisting in genocide, therefore Israel cannot be deemed an 'ally'. Israel legally forfeits its right to defend itself when it chooses to be an occupier, instead its legal obligation is to keep safe those it occupies. On the other hand, under international law, Palestine has a legal right to take up arms against an occupier/oppressor.

There is over $524B in untapped Oil and Natural Gas fields just off the coast of Gaza. In 1999, the UK discovered Gaza Marine1 and Gaza Marine2, which contains over 1.6 Trillion cu. ft. of natural gas. Both the UK and the USA are still discovering both Oil and Natural Gas throughout what remains of Palestine.

Israel isn’t like other countries in relation to Palestinian. They’re (illegal) occupiers and they don’t have the right to defend their occupation.

Israel has a right to self defense. However, the Palestinians have a right to self-determination, and this they do not have, nor have they for many decades.

Forgive me. When someone bombs you, you defend yourself. That was what happened at the beginning. Now it has be replaced with a genocide. Israel should be ashamed of such things. They come out of a genocide perpetrated on them. You don't do to others what was done to you. You apply a caring for others. From 1948, they haven't applied such care. Palestinians are held in what could only be called a cage. Palestinians have (had) universities. No one should deny another education, or housing or health care. However, Israel does these things to the Palestinians. The trouble with Palestine, they can't count on anyone. US and UK have been involved in too many criminal acts and Israel has abetted them. Israel has much on these countries, as do UK and USA on Israel. What I tried to say was that everyone has a right of self defense and self determination. You don't pretend a race doesn't exist by obliterating its past. I saw this interview on Channel 4 News at the time… it’s always a strange and unusual (but refreshing) feeling to find yourself listening to a Tory MP and thinking they’re speaking some truth! I definitely don’t agree with Alicia Kearns on everything, but I respect the fact that she’s one of the few MPs (across all parties) who have spoken very boldly and clearly in parliament in defence of trans rights (an issue of fundamental importance to me; aside from all the trans and non-binary friends I have, it’s part of the inalienable requirement for equality and respect of all people that I believe in to my core, even/especially if they’re different from you! And even more so when there’s a rabid media-driven moral panic against them), and she’s seemingly doing a pretty good job as the chair of the foreign affairs select committee too.

Israel has food, water, medical supplies and electricity in almost limitless supply. They don't require help from the Palestinians in such matters. But I'm going to make an assumption here, and say you are referring to hostages, right? The taking of hostages is in breach of International Law, however it's obvious to even an outsider why these were taken in the first place. The objective - as it was in 2006 when Gilad Shalit was taken captive - is to trade Israeli hostages for Palestinians who are locked up (in much greater numbers) under so-called "administrative detention".
