Black Americans have had the same legal rights under the law for Generations now, it is not even comparable and to me it just seems like he's a piggybacking clout chaser.

Something Candice talks about and what a lot of people conveniently gloss over is how black Americans treat each other. If those who blame the white man for them not being where they want to be in life, if they look inward they would realize we are all responsible for ourselves, how we raise our children and what improvements are we making in our own communities. He’s right about Owens. I don’t think she has fully thought through anything, even Palestine I think this speaker is conflating race and religion. There are white and black Muslims, and every color in between. South Asians are also not Arab, just as Iranians and Turks aren’t. People assume brown = Middle Eastern = Arab = Muslim.Thats not how it works. I don’t think it’s the responsibility of Palestinians to dismantle systems of racism. We see our struggle as part of a larger global structures of power and I have never experienced pro-Palestine activists sideline other struggles. What we have CLEAR evidence of are Black and Brown leaders with power in America dehumanizing Palestinians (Loyd Austin, Linda Thomas, Karine Jean-Pierre, Ritchie Torres, the list goes on). 1000% I mean go and tell him he is simply an African American with European heritage and he has a whole meltdown, what kind of muslim is so racist that they are even racist against their own ancestors? He’s probably a follower of Nation of Islam and not actually Muslim.
