I salute Brian Blair for staying in shape and keeping his sanity; very presentable and intelligent. A lot of the other 80s wrestlers have gotten extremely fat and sound angry and bitter. It's like Blair was satisfied with his wrestling career, and knew when it was time to move on and have another plan in life.

In the late 70s in Tampa, Spivey was a known tough guy. The fact that both Spivey and Blair broke in rasslin at the Sportatorium on Albany Ave in Tampa proves that they could handle themselves. According to both Ron and Robert Fuller, CWF Tampa in the 60s and 70s was a “snake pit.” likes of Graham, Hiro Matsuda, Bob Roop, Malenko, Dick Slater, the Funks, and the Briscoes.

Well, of course. Anyone 250lbs or more will split your dome if they connect with a solid shot. That's just physics. Many Pro Wrestlers come from backgrounds in other sports too, usually at the amateur level, but some at high levels. As he said in this video, even Adonis was a high-level amateur wrestler in his day. So pretty much these guys are gonna fuck you up if they want to.
