Thank you for this video! I did a search for exactly this request and yours came up. Maybe you should look at the bottom main valve as well?

How many times have you broken down your valves for cleaning? Have you always had success after reassembling them with no leaks in ports where there should be no flow given valve orientation?

I usually clean in place. I've only ever fully disassembled them after about 50 brews I honestly don't think it's necessary. It's probably good to do though. Never had any issues with them leaking.

Great to see this!! Something to think about before taking the B80 plunge. How many brews have you run through that valve?

Portly Gentleman like most of us clean up is the worst part of brew day. And if you had said only 2/3 it would mean taking those apart quiet often.

Before cleaning the valves we run about 15 brews. After disassembly, cleaning and assembly all the valves are leaking. Mostly one of the two big ports. The small ports did not leak. We ordered 3 sets rings to replace the old ones, in the hope it won’t leak again.

We tried it. All the three three-way valves are leaking now. We tried everthing. HELP!!! Has anybody an idee to fix this?
