    Hey Justin! Great to see another video. I've been using my Anvil Foundry for a little over a year and enjoy it for what it is. One thing I've learned about them is that the water between the malt pipe and the kettle wall does not get pulled into the recirculation flow. When you pull the malt pipe at the end of the mash it's like adding a bunch of fresh water into your wort and the gravity will drop. The fix for this is to lift the malt pipe a couple of times during the mash.

    Man I've missed your videos. Always makes me laugh.... as you do everything I do on brewday, spills, forget timers.... Still brewing on the big system??
