My body and back was exact same way. I also had the injections. They did not work. My pain doctor finally brought up the idea about a pain pump. I loved the idea. I had one put in and I feel 10/15 years younger I still have pain maybe once a month but it’s not bad and my machine takes care of it right away, now I can do things😊check into it it saved my life.. if you have any questions get a hold of me any time. I add a few dashes of ground mustard powder and also a variety of cheeses..also mixing some panko bread crumbs and ricotta cheese together and topping the Mac on the top..pop it in the oven on broil for a few minutes to brown takes it up a notch.. looks awesome Brenda! Blessings!

I will definitely try that mac and cheese. You need a good Chiropractor! Injections and meds won't ever stop once you start them. I had the same thing you did pain in my back that went to my butt and then down my leg. It felt like a hot poker. I tried almost everything I could. Then I was told to go to a Chiropractor, within 3 visits I was feeling great for the first time in ages. So at least every couple of months I get adjusted and he suggested deep muscle massage too. No meds no injection !!!

Brenda, l have been watching your channel for about a year when ever you do a video. l don't always comment because l have nothing to say, but l do give you the thumbs up. l did however want to comment on your remark about not wanting your husband to retire. l have to say your not the only one l have been married for 42 years and love my husband very much. He has been in the same job for 45 years and can now retire. l told him that l think part of staying married for 42 years is because l didn't have him hanging around the house all day. Again, l do love him, but he can drive me crazy!

I felt nostalgic seeing your yellow Tupperware pitcher with dried macaroni in it. My grandmother did the exact same thing back in the 70's and 80's. I miss her very much and seeing that you do what she did was like a great big hug❤

Good too see Ya'll . I have neuropathy , siciatiac and arthritis. I have so much pain , I have too power through it . Use a cane and bend over . I am doing my housework and do my shopping and church . The shots haven't ever helped me. Life is good , I am blessed . Not much strength in my hands . It could be worse . I might try this recipe if I am having company ; I don't like macaroni or any but my friends do . Blessings to you both. 💖

That is how I have always have made my mac and cheese only without the ranch, I do not like ranch dressing. I also always bake mine. The sauce you made for the cheese is called “béchamel”. And the flour and butter is a “rue”

My brother gets cortizone shots in his back every 6 months to combat his back pain, is that where they are giving them to you or just in your hands?
