It is gorgeous. Very much giving me the Lange datagraph vibes. The syringe hands are to DIE for, the face on the moon is the most adorable thing I have ever seen in watchmaking. They have really upped their game. Even the new superocean is pretty damn nice and priced well considering the market right now. Wow. Never thought I'd ever say this shit about a breitling but credit where credit is due!

I usually do not like Breitlings, I usually do not like chronogtaphs. But this one is incredibly beautiful!

No, Breitling took an ETA 7751 and just forgot to say it's an ETA 7751. There are honestly quite a few ETA 7751's where they've actually been modified to omit the moon phase, looking at you Omega. Longines has done it better in their Master Collection.

The face on the moon phase indicator is just adorable. I would definitely leave my wife and kids (if I had any) if I saw this in person. Thanks for the video, man

Typing this quip made me think about how to get this accurate… of course you are absolutely right 🙂

Everything on the dial and the hands and markers is absolutely perfect. I love the partial numbers and that moon phase. Gorgeous piece.

This piece is so beautiful I feel like I owe the channel $1000 just for looking at it.

It's great to see brands that may have been perceived as in the doldrums some years ago regroup and rise.. Breitling certainly come to mind but also Longines have produced some great pieces as well. I'll add Tissot to that list as well.

this isn't a brand turn around. This is an ETA 7751 rip off and they aren't even acknowledging it. This watch makes me have less respect for Breitling. The Longines Master Collection Calendar is an ETA 7751 that's been improved to be thinner, column wheel instead of cam, and it's 1/4 the price.

@@robinfernando5970 That's fair. I was less referring to this specific watch, and more to the fact that overall Breitling's product and brand image has improved dramatically over the past couple of years. I would guess it's better designs and better marketing vs. vastly better horological content

Love the Premier range. I bought the B09 with pistachio dial and caramel coloured strap. I seriously get hunger pangs when I look at it. Took me a year to pull the trigger but so glad I did.

Looking at the thumbnail, and my first thought was "Of course this watch is better than a Daytona, Patek IS better than Rolex." Was very surprised to see it was a Breitling when I started the video!

Didn’t expect this piece to have so much wrist time after a year. A nice tribute to a beautiful watch

Treating the sliced numerals as designs unto themselves is so refreshing to see. A class act to be sure.

Truly beautiful watch. Interestingly, to me, even though it's packed with complications, it looks less busy and more legible than a Navitimer.

I just pulled mine out this morning - didn't even know you'd be posting a video of it. Fun coincidence!

The Breitling Premier B01 Chronograph 42 Bentley British Racing Green was laying the pathway 4 years ago. Early to the green thing too.

I also first thought it was a Patek Phillippe or an A. Lange & Sohne. Absolutely gorgeous work.

Gorgeous!! Only gripe is I wish they heat treated the screws in the black with that beautiful blue hue.

If you cover the logo, you'd swear you're looking at a Patek or even an A. Lange & Sohne. I'll check this one out on my next visit to the AD but I would still get the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control Chronograph (my holy grail) over this one

I like how "Destroyed" is in all caps, as the title alone wasn't clickbaity enough.

I am not a big breitling person, but I saw this and had to have it, the measurements are large but it actually wears small for being 15mm thick.

And no review of the new Chronomat and Super Chronomat ? Those must be the most gorgeous sport chronographs ever to be released. I mean they are JAW DROPPING gorgeous

The interrupted numerals is a favorite design note of mine. Anyone interested in a cheap version of this style check out the Victorinox Maverick II Chronograph

Breitling gave JLC a run for their money - though the Master Control Chrono Calendar is smaller and thinner.

You forgot to say that the finishing on the JLC's mouvement is two or three steps above

A great video and I have been a Breitling buyer and user for the last 35 years so this is now on my must but list.

Stunning watch. If it was 39/13 and didn’t say Breitling on the dial I would add it to my grail list.

That really is gorgeous. Just a beautiful machine. I'd live with the diameter and thickness just for the privilege to wear that.

I finally got to try one of these on, the video does nothing, it's truely a work of art, i just couldnt stop saying "wow". Truely beautiful

Guys, with much respect, please stop putting Rolex in the title. It's a beautiful watch, and a gorgeous Chronograph - but it has nothing in common with the Daytona. If anything, the watch is more along the lines of Jaeger Le-Coultre Master Control Chronograph design language. There is no destruction happening here, just a comparison that makes absolutely no sense.

This will be my chronograph whenever I commit to it. Love my superocean heritage ii. I'm glad I got on the Breitling bandwagon before most will!

How very beautiful 😍 Fabulous review. I own an 18c gold 789 from 1945. It is stunning and this piece is spectacular

My only critique is that the seconds hand is a little short, make it extend to touch the tachymetre scale and it would be perfect.

Oh it is beautiful. So nice that I was ready to buy one until………. I saw the side view and ridiculous thickness. The case is so thick that instead of contouring the case band with concave/convex curves or steps, Breitling just decided to cut a bunch of channels into it. I’m shocked at whoever gave that design cue the final approval.

I could not agree more with you on this watch. It is on my list.

I love this watch and I always find absolute joy every time I would look at my wrist. This is an amazing piece, better looking than a Rolex. My only problem is the date chrono is so difficult to see because it’s so small. Well my eyes and the rest of my body are not as young as I used to be 😂

That truly is a beauty!

It is gorgeous, but for the price I expected at least SOME decoration of the movement. Even just some blued screws would've been nice.

A Sellita base with a bunch of modules kludged together. Sure, it's pretty enough, but it's not "destroying" anything.

I had a chance to see this watch along with their Split Seconds Duograph Premier both are more stunning in person sadly both are also out of my price range.

This is an ETA 7751 rip with basically no improvements. If you're interested in one of these watches, Longines has done an ETA 7751 with an increase power reserver, column wheel to improve the stopwatch feature, and it's over 1mm thinner.

This is a must have for my collection

I'm no rolex fanboy but the thickness of the Breitling cannot be glossed over. >15mm is very thick, and is a dealbreaker for those with small wrists. If you want a chronograph, there are thinner ones from Breitling that are

You need to look at more watches if this is the most beautiful you've seen...

Such a clever scriptwriter. Proper use of the English language, with delicious British irony and stretched analogies (that might just escape the wit of non-native speakers). There are many Datona 'destroyers' out there. Unfortunately, most, like this pretty Brietling are too big, and will tumble in value the moment you cross the dealer's threshold. When will manufacturers get it ? - the right size for a sports watch is 38/40mm. Unless the wearer is 6'3" and bulky, 42mm just suggests attention seeking, in the wrong way. Of course, if you're 5'6" man and wearing a 42mm I quite understand that you are the exception to the rule.

Had my eye on this one since it was introduced but I can't get past two things and both are pretty much a me problems. The.fitst it's big and thick and i have a Tim Mosso 16 cm wrist. I'm always in fear of someone thinking I'm wearing a pocket watch on my wrist. The second is the movement I take exception to you calling it in house. Maybe if your definition of in house means all the pieces made by other manufacturers are assembled at the Breitling facility then okay. If your me nope. This movement is a mixture of at least three companies and its melted together by Breitling. So that's why it's not on my wrist. It's too big, my problem and it's not in house again by problem because for the price it has to be.

I luv all Breitlings. I've made a study analyzing over 9000 (actual number) digital watchfaces choosing the best ones. And what feels like the ULTIMATE WATCHFACE, well, looks like nothing but Breitling.
