Hoe long you do this? How often a day?
Is it good to breathe with the diaphragm while doing this ? ??
Do you have a 10 minutes of this?
Can you bring with your diaphragm when doing this ? Or is that too much ?
This actually did nothing to relive my anxiety. It made it worse.
