More mods on my breather bypass project. This time I'm replacing JB Weld with set screws.

That backing plate comes off, makes it a lot easier doing stuff like that on the bench. Don't be scared, go for it.
I know it comes off, I'm the one who installed it. 😊 But this was actually easier with it securely attached to the bike.
That's one way to do it. What about using a small self tapping screw with some lock tight which would be quicker or maybe spot weld it?
There's more than one way to skin a cat as they say. 😮 I went this way because others recommended it, it was pretty easy.

The tool you need is a tap driver. The lower sizes fit 1/4 inch and then 3/8 inch hex.
