Breath work into yoga positions

Find yourself some space and sit cross-legged. Observe your posture and sit up straight out of your lower back and hips. To help strengthen the lower back muscles and to keep the top half of the body active.
Start to watch your breath come in through your nostrils and out of your mouth, softening your lips. Breathe in this way until you feel calm.
Then stretch out into the #yogaposes #yogapractice #breathe
