    Aaj padosi ne aapko noc nahi di or aapne 3 floor bana bhi diye or future mein padosi apne plot ko sale kar deta hai… to us purchaser ka kya hoga jisne uska plot purchase kiya hai…

    This is just because of upcoming elections permission given with very hard conditions which are hard to fulfill and property mkt is already on peak so best is to sell and exit

    Kisi ke plot ka front hi 30 ft hai to kahan se sed back chutegi…. Uske baad plot mein banega kya… Pagal govt….. Or padosi dega kyun… Ye to sirf gurgaon ke hisab se policy banayi gayi hai.. kyunki wahan par hi 10 mtr ke road hain.. 9 mtr walo ne kya bigada hai
