Thanks for your video. One question: who is considered neighbour ? Is it just 2 neighbours (left and right) or 4 neighbours (left, right, behind and front) ?

Dont give consent to your neighbours, you are still safeguarded. Probably normal plots less than 180 sq yards can do better if that is the criteria

Pahle 1- plot par 4 bante the For 3 ho gaye , to 4th ka paisa bhi baki teeno ko dena pada is wajah se rate bad Gaya ! Ab fir se 4 floor aagya to rate fir se 4 me bat gaya . Isliye rate badhega to bilkul nahi Aur agar badhe to logon ko bycott kr dena chahiye ye theek ho jayenge ,hai na bhai mogambo !

S+4 fir se aane ki wajah se Plot jispe S+4 bnaya ja sakta hai uski demand badhegi. Toh automatically prices will be increased a bit. As per my understandhing, new S+4, S+3 se saste honge but existing S+4 se thode se mehnge honge. Just a thought but I might be wrong.

Density should be 18 Person per plot at the time of applying the licence but ddjay like Paras Ekam have a density of 13.5 person per plot so not all Ddjay projects would have S+4
Rates would remain stagnant 😂😂. Just relax
