Basically new sectors mai khas problem nhi h problem sirf un sectors mai h jahan infrastructure nhi bna hua h agr vahan bhi ban jaye to vahan bhi koi problem nhi h

What is the status of plots measuring 161 SQ Y on 12 meter wide road in DLF and other license colony?
I have a plot in DDJAY colony where developer has taken approval of 13.5 people per plot. And road are 9 meter wide.Will I be able to build S+4 building? Please clarify.

Sir govt ko old sec mein karna chahiye tha permission wala clause new sec mein nahi leni chahiye permission
If aplot is corner,9m front road and 18mside road..is it eligible for s+4.

The policy clearly says, the approach road i.e. Front Road.
agar adjoining ma sirf plots ha tho unse bhi leni padegi permission ya sirf jaha sath ma jaha ghar ha

Basically, gurgaon is the now the noida of mayawati era, abrupt change in policies
