he Haryana town and country planning department has formally announced the government’s approval for builders to construct buildings with a stilt and four floors in certain residential sectors.
Under the new policy, the state allows the construction of four floors with stilts in sectors where the layout plan permits four dwelling units per plot. This policy also applies to plots adjacent to 10-metre roads where the layout plan permits three dwelling units per plot, subject to a mutual consent agreement with all adjoining plot allottees. Additionally, the policy extends to licensed Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) colonies, which are localities with affordable housing schemes for low-income groups in urban areas.

Yes u can build stilt plus four floors but check plot size also
Sir plots walo ko permission wala clause hatna chahiye kyoki wha par sab stilt banate hi hai
if in HUDA sector, silt + 4 is plan is passed before ban , but under construction up to silt +3 till this news of make public, can construction continue for silt+4 without neighbor approval.
