That pizza on the roof scene is very famous. The people that live in this actual house have had pizzas thrown up on their roof by show fans for years... much to their distress.

The people that live there are actually idiots. If I had lived there, I would be a millionaire today. I would have sold tickets $100 a piece and gave people a tour through the house. 😉

def one of THE most memorable episodes ever...and even though there's like 4-5 classic moments in this, my fav is still, always: "HOW BOUT IT COUNSELLOR...DO YOU 'CON-CUR?" I love how this show is SO good at moments of comeuppance/revenge, it's so satisfying when it actually happens and happens spectacularly where you don't even see it coming. btw the only thing that would've made that big Jessie scene even better would be if he instantly got mad and yelled at them to 'get off my property...BITCH!' or something a little more knife-twisting...but it's still one of the best moments ever and what makes this show SOOO fucking good.

The episode title is a reference to the song "A Horse With No Name" released in 1971/1972 by the band America. The songwriter detailed exploring the deserts of Arizona and NEW MEXICO as a child. It sounds like Jesse deserves the house. According to him he was the one who took care of his aunt when she needed it. I'm glad he got the house in the end. His dad and mom are like total douches, yo.

Yes but he wasn't taking care of it and doing illegal activities in it that could have cost him to lose the house then no one would have had it, and his parents had to spend all that money fixing up his mess, of course some of that is Walt's fault Jesse didn't want to cook in his basement and he didn't want to bring the bodies to his house but it was Jesse who ruined the bathtub because he didn't listen and he got the crappy TV with Walts money had he not spent so much of the money he could have got a better RV so they would not have had to take the cook to his basement. What the parents did was controlling but they feel they are still his parents and if he isn't going to take care of the house then he should not have it they want him to straighten up and they won't turn him into the cops they just don't want him on drugs. But really he is in his 20s now so they really could have just let him have the house and if he loses it on his own and goes to jail then that's what will happen, but they didn't want to lose out they know what that house is worth and it is in their name still so they have control over it so they don't feel he is mature enough to stay in that house so they want to get the money from it.

They wouldn't have "HAD" to do those repairs if he would have gotten the house as per the agreement. It would have been his responsibility. I understand the parents to the extent of giving up trying to help, but the aunts house is unrelated, and a deal that he kept up his part of.

@@Logan_Baron Yes they could have just put it in Jesse's name and let him destroy the house and honer the agreement that the aunt wanted Jesse to live there but it was still in their name at the time that he was destroying the house and they knew what that house is worth and didn't want to let Jesse drag it down and lose that house so since it is in there name they took it away. To be fair he did mistreat his aunt's house and we don't know if his aunt's agreement included he could live there and have the house if he got clean she may have told his parents, as soon as Jesse gets clean you can put it in his name, we don't know if she told them that or not because she left it in his parents name for a reason that could have been it.

"According to him" Like always, it's not so cut and dried in this show. Jesse, an addict in distress at the time, said that about his aunt, and his mom seemed pretty sure that he was lying. His mom seems to actually really still love him and always seems hurt when she has to give him tough love, though Jesse also seemed very fond of his aunt. Just because we have more of Jesse's pov doesn't mean he's in the right here.

@@ComedicPause Yea true he has been known to lie when he is bragging about himself for all we know they could have just kicked him out of the house and said he could stay at his aunt's vacant house that's why it was still in their name and Jesse did say something about if it were to be sole that they were supposed to split the money which his parents did not do so maybe the aunt did plan on taking care of him in some way because he did help her out he is a caring guy as we have come to learn so maybe some of what he said it true

It was a special request by the production to make it easier to throw. SPOILER: Later in the series they put a small bit in the script to retroactively explain it: Jesse and his friends mention a pizza place whose gimmick is that their price is cheaper if you allow them to skip the cutting step.

It's mature of you to put yourself in Skyler's shoes before judging her actions. Apparently not many people/reactors can do that.
