Opara:
water - 200 ml
Pressed yeast - 15 g
Flour - 240 - 250 g
Dough:
Prepared dough
Flour - 470-500 g
2 eggs (separate one yolk for greasing).
Butter - 110g
Sugar - 50g
water - 100 ml
salt - 8 g.
For decoration:
1 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon poppy seeds.
