    because they keep posting/reposting old races to keep up engagement and sometimes to get additional adrev, fulfill sponsor agreements, or drive subscription on their paid sites. anything new posted on nearly any sport channel these days is old except for the pro leagues that have resumed.

    Pretty packed field. Most of the runners went out too fast and elbowing for space. First 200 for the pack behind Miller was 31 seconds. These guys could drop back and run even pace of 66 per lap and run a 4:07 and a great time for that age.

    That's a slow record. That's like a 4:16 mile. There was a sophomore in my class in my region in Florida that ran a 4:20 mile.

    AAU is the Amateur Athletic Union. They host an event called AAU Junior Olympic Games for 18 year olds and younger. There are multiple age groups. Brandon Miller broke the AAU Junior Olympics record for the 15-16 age group. Yeah, it’s a lot of categories

    @@petethefreak40 THANC 4 YOUR INFO...IN ALL HONESTY..THEY SHOULD WORK ON STREAMLINING THESE CATAGORIES...ITS KIND OF LIKE BOXING NOW DAYS..THERE ARE SO MANY WEIGHT DIVISIONS_+ CHAMPS..THE CREDABILITY HAS GONE DOWN AS WELL.

    Should actually be around 3:41-42 because he ran full mile in 3:56 at that age which is world record 16 and under
