His last recorded interview was on the set, when he was without make-up. They shot the make-up scenes first, and left the flash back scenes to be filmed last, so that Lee could spend the final days shooting without make-up. There is an interview, on the collector's edition DVD/Blu-Ray disc of "The Crow". He done a his final, last on screen interview during the shooting of those flashback scenes.

The crow is about forgiving yourself amidst situations that are completely out of your control. I've read it once and that's all I need. so much pain sadness regret anger and realization it's a heavy heavy piece of work. Thank you Obarr and mr.lee sincerely.

I love The Crow so much :) . The story and the characters is just interesting and amazing :), and i love when Eric becomes The Crow and seeks vengeance on the thugs who killed him and his fiancee. James O'Barr did a fantastic job with the comics :). I will always miss Brandon Lee because he was so brilliant in The Crow movie :)

You can tell he slightly went method with this role. He really took it seriously, he wanted to be a dramatic actor like he said and less of an ACTION Star, after watching The Crow I can easily confirm that this guy would have won an Oscar by now if he was still alive. He clearly wanted to be taken as a Serious actor and with this role he really wanted to prove that, unfortunately he couldnt see how great he was in the film... Ugh that's life.

its a real tragedy that the film that was supposed to make his career ended not only his career but his life. it feel like it just happened. every time i watch it especially Eric scenes, i cant help but think of Brandon. it still isnt known to me which scenes he did & which one the replacement did.

The one where Sarah goes to his house was filmed without Brandon, you can see that his face is never shown, even when he hugs Sarah

The transformation, when he puts the make up on was also filmed after his tragic passing, although the reflexion on the broken mirror was Brandon's face digitally edited.

The flashback when he is shot and thrown out of the window. The tragic scene where he is shot for real was obviously destroyed and reshot. There are a few more scenes, but I don't remember them rn

Someone asked James O'Barr if he could make a musical based on the comic book starring Michael Jackson. O'Barr thought he was joking and laughed uncontrollably.

He got mad & angry when they realised they were serious. But that’s unfair to Michael I think. I mean, Brandon Lee’s hairstyle in this movie is inspired by Michael.. the original comic book character has a big 80s mullet. Michael seemed to pay homage to Brandon in the History album with Scream & Stranger in Moscow.. with the all black silhouette in Black & white like the comic book. His look in Stranger in Moscow is so Eric Draven. MJ was a huge Bruce Lee fan. I’m sure he watched the Crow. I don’t think MJ would do it though.. it was too dark & he probably would not want to kill someone so violently on screen. He wanted to do X men. MJ was super talented, but directors lacked creativity to use his potential as an actor. I’m glad he made his own short films which gave outlasted many movies in relevance.

@thetakeris4ever Here's the ones I know of, that were filmed after Brandon died... 1) Everything of Eric in the murder flashback. 2) Eric painting his face and getting dressed in the loft. 3) Sarah hugging Eric at the loft. 4) The rooftop chase, after Skank is killed. 5) Eric inside Albrecht's car. 6) T-Bird being taped to his car. There may be some others, but that's the big ones. Two main doubles were used, named Jeff Cadiente and Chad Stahleski, who were also friends of Brandon.

I’m looking for Original Artwork that was used in the Crow comic book done by James O’Barr between the years of “1981 to 1987”. Dose any one know where I can get my hands on some of his work from back then? Or someone that has some of his work from back then? I’m looking for artwork done specifically between these years so I can send it to a Forensics lab and have the paper, ink and or paint tested. I am doing this to prove that he didn’t start the CROW comic back in 1981 as he claims.
