I've enjoyed using this. Simple, does the job. I leave the sander in it and have it on a platform sticking out from a French cleat wall.

Nice info-mercial. It's a nice-to-have for certain applications. Hardly a game changer unless you often have projects where this really helps.

on a bonded assembly that cannot be moved around like the piece of wood you are busy with, can you change the orientation of the part that sands and the part that guides to sand from the other side of the assembly?

Very nice demonstration & explanation. Your work table is very nice, did you make it or order it pre made ? I just set my unit up and your video was a big help. Only issue I have encountered so far is difficulty getting the sandpaper on with the limited space to slide it in without being grabbed by the velcro on the sander base. Any suggestions on this ?

The did make the table. I is difficult to put the sandpaper on it. Try it with the base tilted.

I'm thinking about getting one. Perhaps, you could use a piece of something to shield a majority of the velcro until the sandpaper is seated correctly... then side the shield out as you line up and attach paper. Honestly, I'm unsure if this will work, but if sounds logical.

Design flaw: The attachment should have a place to hold that allen wrench. Other than that, great tool.
